This book is a collection of what you can expect in pregnancy. Written by a midwife (me!), this is your go-to book about a healthy pregnancy and how to best support yourself and your growing baby! Learn all about you and your baby as your pregnancy progresses and how to prepare for birth and your postpartum season.​

Many of us have a complicated relationship with food. But preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy and healing in your postpartum season can truly be simple and sustainable! ​​

Take it from a midwife who knew all the things to do and still struggled with major hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, difficulty losing fat, and being generally unwell with a struggle to feel like myself after having babies...I know it can tough! ​

But properly supporting hormones will help to heal your body and begin your recovery to feeling healthy again; and it will even help with fat loss.

And that's where I come in! With me as your guide and support, we will use science-backed approaches to heal your body and help you feel like the woman and mom you were created to be!
