​Do you feel like you know a little about having a baby, but need some guidance on specific areas regarding childbirth? Or you need a quick childbirth ed class, because your baby is coming soon?
Or maybe you aren't even pregnant yet, but are planning ahead and want to know about different options available to you once you're expecting? ​

Then this consult is for you!

​Some examples would be: choosing a provider, medicated vs. unmedicated birth,
comfort measures, birth location, pain relief, etc.

At booking, a form will be provided for you to fill out asking more details of what you'd like to cover. This will help me to prepare for our meeting since we will discuss a lot in a short amount of time. ​

BIRTH PLAN CONSULTATION
A midwife in your pocket!​

Ever wish you could consult with a midwife, but still see another provider? Well, I'm here just for you. If you would like to continue seeing your provider, but would also love to have a midwife in your pocket to ask your questions then this is for you! Sometimes prenatal appointments can be quick. If you'd like more time with a provider to cover your personal pregnancy and birth, then let's meet.

This is like the birth plan consultation but even more personalized.
We can cover your pregnancy, upcoming birth, recommendations and alternatives, informed consent, nutrition, baby care, etc.
At booking, a form will be provided for you to fill out asking more details of what you'd like
to cover. This will help me to prepare for our meeting!

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Call the midwife!

You brought home your new baby, now what?
So many changes happen postpartum and even experienced mamas don't always know what to expect. This is one or more months of postpartum support by email and/or text to answer any questions that come up as you adjust to life with your newest little one.
This often overlooked period of time is full of changes; from sleep to hormones to healing
from birth to nursing (not to mention the new member of your family!),
it can be helpful to navigate the changes with an experienced and caring person who
is available to answer your questions.

You will choose a date to have a quick 15 minute phone call to get to know one another and talk through specific things you would like help with (it's okay if you don't know, yet!). Choose a date and time that works for you for this phone call. You can pick your support start date after that.
